- Complete optical design of a portable Raman prototype
- Physical layout and construction of the portable Raman spectrometer, such that it can become a practical tool
- Complete performance analysis of aforementioned design as compared to previous Raman instrumentation
- Demonstration of nondestructive amino acid / fatty acid component analysis of bulk soybean specimens.
