Project Deliverables

• Complete optical design of a portable Raman prototype
• Physical layout and construction of the portable Raman spectrometer, such that it can become a practical tool
• Complete performance analysis of aforementioned design as compared to previous Raman instrumentation
• Demonstration of nondestructive amino acid / fatty acid component analysis of bulk soybean specimens
