Project Deliverables

- Five candidate genes will be cloned, DNA sequenced and annotated (2011)
- Five candidate genes will be inserted into a transformation vector and soybean will be transformed using VIGS or other method. (2011-2012)
- Another five genes will be cloned, DNA sequenced and annotated (2012) for testing.
- A robust assay system for testing DNA constructs rapidly in leaves will be developed (2011-12)

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years.
