Information And Results
Project Deliverables

- Conduct one experiment of seven lanes of Solexa deep sequencing using control 2, 4, 6, 8 dpi LCM material (2010)
- Five candidate genes will be cloned, DNA sequenced and annotated
- Five candidate genes will be inserted into a transformation vector and soybean will be transformed using VIGS or other method.
- A robust assay system for testing DNA constructs rapidly in leaves will be developed
- Conduct two experiments of seven lanes of Solexa deep sequencing using infection-site time line isolated using LCM material, Samples include control 12 hpi (hours post inoculation), 2, 4, 6, 8 dpi (days post inoculation) LCM material (2010)
- Construct full-length cDNA library for cloning of candidate genes and sequence clones as needed(2010)

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
