Brief Project Summary:

Since 2008, Michigan State University researchers have been participating in a United Soybean Board project evaluating various soybean agronomic practices and their effect on yield. This research project complements the original project by determining isoflavone levels and fatty acid profiles in soybean grain samples collected from the USNB plots that are evaluating agronomic practices and 16 input combinations including plant growth promoters, fungicides, insecticides, foliar fertilizers, added nitrogen and defoliants.

This study will provide information on soybean quality as affected by management inputs. This type of information is not currently widely known and is of value to Michigan...

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
