Brief Project Summary:

The objectives of the project are to map the soybean yield genes in commercial soybean varieties or advanced breeding lines targeted for Michigan growing conditions. This project will assist in achieving the mission of the MSPC by accelerating the development of high yielding soybean varieties for Michigan growing conditions and the high yielding varieties will increase grower profit opportunities.
