Brief Project Summary:

The objectives of this project are to assess the impact of soybean rust, native diseases and foliar fungicides on double crop soybeans, survey fungicide use and performance. The researchers will develop survey tools to help estimate fungicide use, factors that contributed to their use and how the fungicides performed. They intend to collect this information from producers, extension personnel, crop consultants, custom applicators, and other sources within the Illinois soybean industry. A summary and a fact sheet on fungicide use in Illinois will be developed.
