Brief Project Summary:

The goals of this project are to:
~ Monitor the incidence and determine the potential risk of plant parasitic nematodes (soybean cyst, and reniform) to soybean production systems in Arkansas.
~ Evaluate currently-existing methods for controlling nematodes in soybean, and to test newly emerging control technology and resistant cultivars; and
~ Develop sustainable, economically feasible nematode management strategies for Arkansas producers.
