Brief Project Summary:

There is an increasing trend in Kentucky for soybean producers to plant earlier than the current recommendation dates of early May to mid-June. There is no comparative research data in Kentucky to determine if April plantings achieve maximum yield potential nor any management problems associated with early plantings.
