Soybean is among the most important annual crops in Minnesota. In rotation with corn, soybean not only provides well known benefits to the agroecosystem but also environmental concerns due to issues associated with low diversity. The use of cover crops is an effective strategy to diversify cropping systems. However, more information is needed to take full advantage of such approach. Preliminary analysis of our previous research indicate that cover crops have a positive effect on soybean production.
