This research will focus on weed management practices to control weeds most effectively and economically. Studies will be conducted to investigate the use of residual weed management systems including both pre-emergence and post-emergence residual herbicides used in conjunction with glyphosate, glufosinate, dicamba, and 2,4-D. Conventional pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicide weed management systems will also be evaluated. These studies will look at developing weed management systems to most effectively control weeds and systems to protect the future utility of this technology.Key Benefactors: farmers, agronomists, ag retailers, extension specialists
The plans are to continue the field day at Bixby and hopefully have an additional field day at the Chickasha location in the future. Efforts will also include updating of extension soybean publications.
The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
