The Biodiesel Market Expansion Project works to make sure that renewable energy and biodiesel continue to be available. This project works to keep the door open to maintain and grow existing markets. The project’s goal is to effectively carve a clear path for biodiesel to take the lead in the advanced biofuel completion. This project builds on the demonstrated success of past national advertising and carefully targeted outreach efforts. It provides resources to market to end users, sit down with influential leaders and decision makers, and build and execute highly targeted and specifically tailored advertising campaigns.

• Biodiesel is the dominant advanced biofuel, selling more gallons than any other advanced biofuel
• Leading environmental and livestock stakeholders will champion biodiesel
• Biodiesel markets use one third or more of the oil from soybeans crushed in the U.S.
• Key audiences will have heard of biofuel and have a favorable impression.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years.
