Project Deliverables

By end of this 3-year NCSRP-NSB project, we expect to have the most complete, detailed and
updated database on producer soybean yields, applied inputs, and management practices for
NE and the rest of the NC USA region. All data submissions from producers will be kept strictly
confidential. With that data, we will attain a detailed assessment of current yield gaps in
soybean producer fields and related explanatory factors. We expect that this information will
help producers to tune their current farm management to reduce the gap between current and
attainable yield and make best use of their inputs, time, and money in order to optimize farm
profit.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
