Final Project Results

Achieving the objectives
- A research group meeting was held with the Iowa Soybean Assn team that is developing a new checkoff-funded research database and website. Goal of this searchable database is to help reduce research redundancies among checkoff-funded projects.
- Support was provided for the National C-FAR group to provide research updates to Congressional staffers.
- Support was provided to support the annual meeting of the Sclerotinia Work Group, a consortium of researchers from different commodities that work together to identify management strategies to reduce the impact of Sclerotinia on crop yield and quality.
- A meeting of the Oil and Charcoal rot research teams was supported to allow them to plan research activities for the 2015 growing season.

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
