Brief Project Summary:

A very successful ISA-sponsored activity, testing for herbicide resistance in waterhemp and Palmer amaranth, will be transitioned to the University of Illinois Plant Clinic. In parallel to the testing service, ongoing research is needed to optimize current tests, develop new tests, and to summarize and utilize the data that is generated. Details include training Plant Clinic personnel to perform the testing service and using generated data to increase awareness among soybean producers of herbicide resistance.
