Brief Project Summary:

This project supports the Extension IPM educational and applied research efforts. Funding is requested for four Soybean Scout Schools that will be held in primary soybean production areas of Tennessee. Funding is also requested for:
~ Evaluating seed treatment and new insecticides to determine their efficacy and value to producers.
~ Refining and validating insect treatment thresholds for stink bugs and other pests as opportunities arise.
~ Surveying Tennessee for the bean plataspid and brown marmorated stink bug.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years.
