This project will develop an educational and technology transfer program for educating growers, elevators (first order buyers), and processors (second order buyers) on the component value of soybeans and to provide resources and tools that enable members of the value-chain to make informed variety selection decisions regarding soybean quality. The program will also develop a promotional program that influences and educates value-chain members on the importance of soybean composition in selecting soybean varieties.
The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
