Brief Project Summary:

The program will evaluate transgenic approaches to combat aphids, nematode, viral and fungal pathogenesis. The resultant genetic material from this program can then be evaluated as a component for the integrated pest management practices currently being optimized through support of the NCSRP.

Project objectives are designed to expand the understanding of the underlying molecular cues of plant/parasite interactions.
