This project will assess the disease reaction of commercial varieties that are available to Wisconsin soybean growers. A secondary objective of the research is to search soybean germplasm resources for different and more effective resistance genes to combat common Soybean Diseases such as brown stem rot, white mold, soybean cyst nematode and Phytophthora root rot.
