Project Deliverables

Work on Desorption Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (DESI-MS) coupled with microwave assisted acid hydrolysis will continue for soybean compositional analysis. Further work now involves the determination of accuracy of amino acid quantitation against known standards and aqueous hydrolysate analyzed by other techniques.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years.
