Design genetic constructs for the seed specific expression of WRI1 in soybean, and seed-specific down-regulation of the soybean CGI-58, and subsequently monitor the impact on total oil content in mature soybean seed of transgenic plants expression each of these constructs independently and stacked.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years.
