Project Deliverables

Measure soybean seed yield to confirm and detect new seed yield QTL.
Measure seed yield and moisture content at harvest, and analyze informative SNP loci on all plant genotype entities to reveal chromosome loci responsible for seed yield, and interactions among loci that together influence yield.
Apply marker assisted breeding (MAB) to Population II based upon seed yield QTL identified from the 1536 SNP soybean universal linkage panel in Population I, to confirm stable yield QTL.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
