Brief Project Summary:

Schillinger Genetics has developed new soybean varieties with high levels of protein (45%) and low levels of oligosaccharides (1%). These varieties have been evaluated and selected lines have high yield and excellent agronomics. This project will assist in the evaluating these newly developed soybean varieties for digestibility, feed conversion and improved growth in fish feeding studies with rainbow trout, shrimp and other species to assess their added value.
