Brief Project Summary:

This weed control project will:
1) Evaluate effectiveness of various approaches of no-till weed control, which has not been as effective as needed.
2) Compare burndown weed control at various timings and with strategies to manage herbicide-resistant biotypes.
3) Determine the role of rye cover crops in controlling winter annual weeds as well as immediately after planting.
