The purposes is to establish the impact of the soybean industry on Missouri's economy coupled with the impact of soybean checkoff-funded research on producers' profitability and value to industry and consumers. Quantifying these impacts highlights the importance of soybean production to Missouri's economy and identifying where checkoff dollars have earned producers the highest return on investments.
