Brief Project Summary:

This is a multidisciplinary study looking at the impact of various disease and nutrient management strategies on soybean maturity and late season spider mite and soybean aphid infestations. This project will determine what factors (nutrient, management or disease) most affect soybean maturity and if spider mite or soybean aphid infestations are affected by maturity differences. The knowledge obtained from this study will aid in making more informed late season management decisions for soybean aphid control.
