Final Project Results

Eight County Extension Field Crops Agents across North Carolina received monetary awards for soybean related activities they intended to conduct in their counties in 2018. Below is a brief summary from each County Agenton their soybean related activities and their impact on the clientele in those counties. We were unable to obtain a detailed final report from Alleghany County, but preliminary findings are summarized. In addition to these County-level activities, funds from this proposal were used to host a 2-day Soybean Agent Training event in 2018 at the Central Crops Research Station showcasing a diversity of soybean research and covering a wide range of topics.

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
