Progress Of Work

Updated March 1, 2021:
We have successfully identified a soy high palmitic saturated fatty acid donor line and two Benson Hill internal lines with high concentration of oleic acid and low linoleic & linolenic acid concentration (HOLL). First crossing has been made between these two groups of lines. Four rounds of backcrosses with HOLL lines in greenhouse are being planned.
