Brief Project Summary:

The project supports the development of a SmartIrrigation App for soybeans to help growers irrigate their fields more efficiently. Several experiments are conducted to develop a model which calculates how much water is stored in the soil profile through irrigation and rainfall events and how much water is lost to the air every day through evapotranspiration.
