Empire Clean Cities (ECC) has a long history of connecting with local communities NYS to ensure clean air to future generations by supporting the reduction in fossil fuels, including promoting biodiesel sourced from neighboring New York State soybean farmers. Partnering with some of the largest users of biodiesel in the country, ECC has a proven track record of increasing biodiesel use in our region.
