Our proposed research will use robust and comprehensive sampling of R. solani from soybean fieldsin Nebraska to determine sensitivity of isolates to commercial fungicides with different modes of action andto characterize the structure of pathogen populations within and between fields.
Our work will providenovel information about fungicide sensitivities and the structure of pathogen population within and betweenfields.
