Information And Results
Project Deliverables

1. Soybean cultivars with new genetic variations in genes encoding ß-conglycinin, glycinin and enzymes involved in methionine metabolism.
2. Efficacy of suppressed methionine catabolism combined with increased production of methionine-rich storage proteins in improving the amino acid balance in soybean seeds.
3. Genes encoding key transcription factors and enzymes involved in seed development, specifically those governing protein production and quality.

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
