Project Deliverables

1. A meeting is held with USB directors to determine their experience, interest and concerns regarding big data agricultural technologies.
2. A series of three meetings are held with farmers and agricultural technology providers to identify characteristics of and concerns about big data technology offerings.
3. A meeting is held to develop and present a summary of research needs to facilitate effective communication of the benefits of big data technology offerings to farm profitability and environmental sustainability.
4. A summary report of the findings of this effort regarding information/research needs to support the effective communication of big data technology benefits to farmers to direct future USB efforts related to big data technology.
