The funding will be used to fund the Virginia FFA Agronomy Career Development Event winner expenses to the regional and national contests and for recognition of the Virginia Fiber and Oil Crop Production proficiency award winners. Virginia FFA's agronomy team from Nelson Middle School placed 7th in the national contest.
