~ New germplasms and associated molecular markers for the high oleic trait.
~ Novel high stearic alleles and molecular markers will be identified.
~ Germplasm with high overall oil content and a strong canopy position effect will be identified.
~ High oleic low linolenic breeding lines and or varieties in MG 00 to VII.
~ High Oil lines with good yield and protein content that remains at least 41.5% (dry weight)
~ A high stearic, good yielding Group V germplasm will be released.

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years.
