Project Deliverables

Comprehensive knowledge and publications on all of the known transcription factors operating during the course of seed development.
Data sets on the direct binding of a few of these transcription factors to demonstrate the networks that they control.
Bioinformatic analyses of at least 10 potential candidate transcription factors that may regulate seed protein and amino acid composition which can be tested in Years 2 and 3.

Final Project Results

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
