Brief Project Summary:

The objectives for this project are to identify high and low-yielding fields or areas in growers fields; evaluate the soil microbial communities associated with these areas based on metagenomic analysis; and analyze the genomic data to determine what microbes may be the most likely to cause or be associated with either the high and/or low-yielding soybeans.
