Brief Project Summary:

The primary goal of this project is to improve the profitability of soybean and corn production systems by improving nutrient supply, soil physical properties and crop yields through the use of poultry litter applications. The results of this study will determine whether poultry litter is an economically acceptable nutrient source for corn and soybean production compared to commercial fertilizer.
