Through multi-location trials across the state, this project has provided information on the value of applying a foliar fungicide to soybean. Based on results from 2007, fungicides significantly increased yield at two of the ten locations. The significant yield increases at these two locations were likely related to nearly two to three times more rainfall being received at these locations in July and August compared to other locations in the state; thus, presumable more foliar fungal disease pressure at these locations.
