The objective of this study is to standardize the current soybean calibration for the NIR spectrophotometer available in their laboratory (DA 7200 model NIR spectrophotometer, Perten Instruments) using wet chemistry data from soybean samples collected from the Oklahoma State University soybean variety field trials.
