Brief Project Summary:

Kudzu bug is a new soybean pest in North Carolina about which very little is known. The goal of the project is to improve control options for this pest. Research benchmarks some basic indicators of kudzu bug injury on soybean by investigating the insect's activities, including time of day of migrations into fields, distribution on the plant by time of day and kudzu bug mating by time of day.
