Brief Project Summary:

This research project will establish several replicated tests on several North Carolina farms to compare yields and profitability of indeterminate soybean varieties at several populations ranging from 150,000 to 300,000 seeds per acre.

~Determine if yields increase with indeterminate soybean varieties at populations higher than 150,000 seeds per acre.
~Train County Extension personnel for informing producers and agribusiness personnel about soybean production.
~Support NCSU's Soybean Extension On-Farm Test and Demonstration program.
