Brief Project Summary:

The project determines the level of podworm resistance to pyrethroids and evaluates the efficacy of alternatives to pyrethroids and tank mixes. The project also investigates the pest status of three cornered alfalfa hopper to North Carolina soybeans and establishes a sweep net threshold for this emerging pest.
