Brief Project Summary:

This project has two primary objectives. The first is to determine the behavioral responses of soybean aphid and natural enemies to soybean plants with host-plant resistance and insecticidal seed treatments. Knowledge gained from this study will help improve Integrated Best Management Strategies (IPM). A second objective is to begin the assessment and development of a new group of biological control agents, Aphelinus parasitoids of soybean aphid.
