Brief Project Summary:

The objective of this study is to determine whether vascular diseases of soybeans have an effect on soybean aphid reproductive (offspring per female) and colonization (emigration and immigration) rates. This will be looked at in both field and greenhouse studies. If there is an impact, implications to soybean production management strategies will need to be investigated.
