Brief Project Summary:

Cercospora leaf blight and purple seed stain are Soybean Diseases that cause significant yield and seed quality losses to Louisiana soybean producers. The epidemiology and management of these two Soybean Diseases are not well understood. Fungicides are used to reduce their impact, but chemical treatment does not completely eliminate these diseases. Thus more research is needed.
